We collect and use information you provide and information collected automatically in the following ways:

1. Registration and Login

To help you register an account and use the App, we may collect:

• Phone number: used to create your account and verify your identity. After registration, you may edit your nickname and profile (such as gender). The SMS verification provider only receives your phone number and cannot access any other account information.

2. Instant Messaging

Our messaging supports one-to-one and group chat. To use this feature, the following permissions are required:

• Camera and Photos: required for taking photos, selecting images or videos, and scanning codes. Used only for the feature.
• Microphone: required for voice messages, recordings, or video sync. Audio data is only used for user-initiated upload or playback and is not stored on our servers.
• Storage: required to save photos, files, and other content, and to support file selection and saving.
• Notifications: used to alert you of new messages or updates. Notification permission is only used for delivery and display.

We do not proactively collect your chat logs. However, if we have reasonable grounds to suspect illegal activity or infringement of others' rights (for example, after a report is filed and accepted), we may restrict some or all features.

3. Voice Calls

• Voice calls: require microphone permission.

If you refuse these permissions, the related features will be unavailable.

4. Device and Log Information

To ensure service security, improve the service, and understand usage, we may collect:

• Device information and sensors: device brand, model, screen resolution, OS version, IP address, Bluetooth address, Wi-Fi MAC address, Android ID, and accelerometer data. This helps with features such as camera use, orientation detection, and playback optimization and is not tied directly to your identity.
• Clipboard information: when you choose to paste content.
• Camera: taking photos, sending image messages, scanning codes.
• Microphone: recording audio, sending voice messages.
• Phone: opening the system dialer to contact friends.
• Location: if you choose to share location.
• Log information: app version, runtime status, usage frequency, and network security event logs.

Device and log information is used for troubleshooting, identity verification, customer support, security, fraud monitoring, backups, and software certification or upgrades. Refusing to provide this information may prevent you from using the App.

5. Push Notifications

We integrate the following SDKs to provide push notification services:

• Google FCM: collects device identifiers, app package name, version, and runtime status for Android push notifications.
• Apple APNs: collects device tokens and necessary device information for iOS push notifications.

6. Installed Apps List

To enable opening files with other apps, we may access the list of installed apps. This information is collected only after you consent to this Privacy Policy.

7. Timing of Collection

Information is collected only after you agree to this Privacy Policy and only once per app launch. Device information is encrypted before being sent to our servers.

8. Legal Basis (LGPD)

We process personal data based on legal bases such as your consent, performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, and legitimate interests, as permitted by the LGPD.

2. Information Collected While the App Is in the Background

When the App is running in the background or idle, we only use system push channels (APNs/FCM) to deliver message and call alerts. We do not access your contacts, location, microphone, or camera in the background. You can enable "Keep Connection" in Settings > System Settings to keep the network connection during long calls.

3. Access and Control of Personal Information

1. Access, Correction, and Deletion

You can access, correct, or delete your personal information in your profile settings.

2. Account Deletion

You can request account deletion via Menu > Settings > Privacy & Security > Delete Account. If the request fails, please contact us. After deletion, we will stop providing services and delete your personal information as required by law.

3. Withdrawing Consent

You can revoke permissions via system prompts or device settings. Some features may not be available if you refuse permissions.

4. Your LGPD Rights

Subject to the LGPD, you may request confirmation of processing, access, correction, anonymization, portability, deletion, information about sharing, and review of automated decisions. We may need to verify your identity before responding.

4. Sharing of Information

We do not share your personal information with third parties without your consent except in the following cases:

• Sharing information with service providers, contractors, or agents to deliver services and fulfill obligations.
• In connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset transfer where personal information may be transferred as part of the transaction.
• To comply with laws, court orders, or government requests, or to protect user rights and interests.
• Complaint information submitted by users may be disclosed to authorities where required by law.
• We may use service providers located outside Brazil; in such cases, we apply appropriate safeguards for cross-border data transfers.

5. Information Security

We retain your personal information only for the period required by law and delete or anonymize it when the retention period expires or services stop. We use security technologies and procedures to protect information, but we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Information You Share

Our service allows you to share information with social networks. Please consider your sharing carefully and control visibility through privacy settings.

7. Minors

We encourage parents and guardians to guide minors in using the service and recommend that minors seek consent before submitting personal information.
